The Relais has 37 rooms and 16 country suites, with solutions of lodging in:

Besides they are to your disposition: the swimming pool, billiard room, tennis courts and reading room.
Possibility of practising on request, horse riding, archery and fishing.
Your permanence will have cheered from naturalistic excursions and guided excursions in the wonderful towns of Todi, Perugia, Assisi and Spoleto.
The splendid panorama that he allows to admire from the eight windows of the suite, abducts as of enchantment the look that it loses him in the suggestive and luxuriant landscape, where the essence of the nature and the ample green valleys that they surround it, for a moment they leave each other without breath.
Inside, the historic and rural memory of the place reveals itself again in the structure; could it be the typical Umbrian stonework of its walls, extending right into the reception area; perhaps it's the wonderful enourmous milling grindstone and press. Whatever it is, the air is filled with an enchanting je ne sais quoi.

RESIDENCE "The Country Suites"
The Suites are located on the top of the hillside, it have a delightful wide view on the green Umbria's valley and the charming town of Collazzone.
The structure has 16 Country Suites of 40/50 mq. Each, it's has own different décor that has been custom-made right down to the smaller details, for offer an exclusive place to stay not only through our service, but also with the personal touch given to your surroundings.
All rooms have independent air-conditioning, mini-bar, satellite TV, direct phone, private safe and garage.
Thet are located on it's two floors, on the ground have an arcade, the ones on the first floor have a nice covered terrace under the roof. All Suites have a private entrance and they are all similar: a double-bedded room, a bathroom with Jacuzzi and shower and a living room, that have an access to nice private outside verandas with arcades allowing overlooking the beautiful garden and a gorgeous panorama.
The structure have an outdoors swimming pool with hydro-massage, a solarium and wide sunbathing.
All the apartments to the first floor as well as the pool and solarium areas does not have architectural barriers.
The connection of the suites with the medieval hamlet of Canalicchio is guaranteed not only by a road but also by a cut wooden pedestrian bridge, which is part of the picturesque pedestrian trail.

You can appreciate besides the products of ours Farm House "La Canalicchio", are aimed at qualified consumers who know how to appreciate the genuine goodness of Umbria and can recognise the difference:

- Oil extra-virgin oil only with Umbrian olives, from the first pressing, made with stone pressed, top quality olives such us "frantoio", "leccino" and "moraiolo";

- Wine "La Fontana" white and "Sagrantino dell'Umbria" red. Produced from selected wines of sweet and aroma-filled grapes, processed in such a way as to obtain genuine and tasty wines that are also beneficial for your health;

- Honey the scented flowers from our high lying fields, from orchards and woods represent the unique, true and inimitable fruit of your bees;

- Tomato sauce, made with only the pulp of ripe tomatoes, grown on our uncontaminated land, selected and processed using the ancient methods of our grandmothers. Its fundamental qualities are aroma and taste;

- Pulses red and white beans, chickpeas, chickling vetch, lentils: typical products of our land hand-picked and dried in the sun. They are a genuine food, rich in protein.
