This farmhouse offers the perfect retreat for those seeking peace, tranquility and a genuine friendly welcome. The farmhouse called “Olive Groves” is situated in the Umbrian countryside, only 3 km from the medieval hill town of Montefalco , home of the famous Sagrantino wine.

“Olive Groves” is surrounded by olive trees, and has a splendid view of the valley. The air is fresh and pure. Quietness pervades, yet all the conveniences of modern living are nearby if desired.

Guests can use the outdoor swimming pool, the well-equipped garden with chairs, parasols, tables and barbecue.

Our cottages are spacious and comfortable, the ideal place for families or groups of friends to stay.
Brief description of the farmhouse:
Ground floor 110 square metres. Sleeps 8 a double bedroom. Large and spacious living room with fireplace, here we can add other 4 sleeps, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom.
First floor 160 square metres. Sleeps up to 12. 4 bedrooms: 3 triples, and one double bedroom. Dining area, large living room with fully equipped kitchen and a terrace where you can enjoy the peacefulness of the surrounding countryside. The area is superb for walking or cycling, and you can also enjoy horse riding in the nearby manege or relax beside the swimming pool.

The owner can prepare for you a delicious and typical breakfast included in the price.
The two apartments have private entrance.
From here you can easily visit Assisi , Perugia , Orvieto, Todi and the other Umbrian towns.

 Attainable from comfortable government, provincial and town roads, the "B&B Him Ulivi" situated in the place Coata of Montefalco (PG), he/she offers a serene and comforting reception in a situated house among the trees of ulivo in a space entirely fenced.
The guests are welcomed in four rooms with bath, three matrimonial and a single. The breakfast of the morning can freely be prepared in the kitchen and consumed in the room to the plain earth.

To the outside the guests, to really taste and pleasure, can have a fireplace for the cooking of the meats and the dainty slices of roasted bread and seasoned to the oil of olive.
The stay is made pleasant by the silence of the places and to greet from the absolute absence of any form of pollution. The possibility is offered to the guests to take walks afoot or in bicycle, to practise the game of the bottles on you space free and to ride in the summer period in a neighbor settled handling. And the swimming pool to enjoy of the beautiful sun and of the invigorating summer baths.
