Near Assisi, where San Francesco and Santa Chiara were born.

You can find our Country House in Rivotorto di Assisi, a peaceful place where San Francesco's friars extended their cult.

 

Relax and Quiet
The Country House, in the green Umbria, hosted farmers and peons. We can perceive their presence from the simple furniture and the familiar atmosphere of the structure. The furniture is even elegant and fancy. It is suitable not only for pilgrims and religious people but even for relaxing holidays far from the caos of the city.
The Country House Assisana is in a strategic place, in fact it is in the centre of Umbria so you can easily reach the most wonderful artistical and historical places of the region: main distances 3 km from Assisi, 15 minutes from Foligno, 30 min. from Spoleto, 40 min.from Norcia, 10 min. from Spello, 20 min.from Bevagna, 25 min. from Montefalco, 10 minutes from Perugia, 50 minutes from Cascata delle Marmore.

 

 

Love for Nature and Local Traditions.

The Country House Assisana is near Rivotorto’s Sanctuary and it allows you to reach easily many important tourist destinations. Inside the Country House there are mountain bikes at your disposal for your excursions between valleys and hills in Umbria. 800 mt distance you can find a riding school where you should train until the sunset!

You should also train your precision in archery because we are well-equipped.

We organise guided excursions through the landscapes and eautiful sites of the region.

Rooms:
All the rooms equipped with air conditioning and toilets, bath or shower ,TV, soundproof, dryer and telephone.
The furniture is in a typical and traditional Umbrian style with wrought-iron beds, hardwood completely restored. In the Country House there is also the elevator (lift).
The structure has no architectural barriers.   Visibile beams and handmade terracotta floor. Furniture and plant design correspond to those of the main structure.
