In the green heart of Italy , the Residence il Palazzo San Fatucchio is set in the hills overlooking Lake Trasimeno 4 km from Castiglione del Lago, among the colors, the fragrances and the silence of the surrounding landscape. The area offers different sensations and impressions with each changing season, for a peaceful and rewarding stay.

Our farmhouse has been restored to its original splendor, maintaining the typical characteristics of Umbrian stone farmhouses.

It has five apartments of various sizes, finely furnished with antique Umbrian-style furniture, which carry you back in time, into a magical atmosphere.

Outside there is a beautiful garden with beds full of sweet-scented flowers, centuries-old olive trees and play equipment for children , a splendid swimming pool (7 X 14 m, 1.3-2.7 m deep) with sunbeds, garden umbrellas and a changing room with hot shower.

All the apartments are spacious and furnished with every convenience:
kitchenette with cooking utensils ; stone fireplace ; independent heating ; color TV ; safe ; double sofa bed.

The apartments may be occupied after 2.00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure.
Rates include the use of electricity, water, and gas for cooking. There is a charge for heating according to the amount of gas consumed.
Also included are a weekly change of bed sheets, towels, and kitchen linen. Cleaning is also included in the price, and is done weekly. Daily cleaning is available upon request.
Cribs for small children and/or a single bed are available. It is also possible to rent the entire residence (max. 23 persons) with the use of the hobby room, with a large fireplace and satellite TV. Residence Il Palazzo San Fatucchio is open year-round.

Payment Conditions

A 30% deposit must be paid when making reservations; the balance is due upon receiving the keys. Charges for heating gas and other services are paid at the end of the stay.
