Casale La Vetrica is situated in the middle of a splendid area close to the exclusive thermal village of San Casciano dei Bagni, it is set on a beautiful panoramic site overlooking the rich Tuscan countryside. By driving from the characteristic village of Palazzone, famous for its wine produced from the generous vineyards, to Casale La Vetrica, one can admire gorgeous breathtaking views. The tourist will leave his daily hectic life behind him and will catapult into a parallel dimension where everything moves very slowly allowing to enjoy every single moment. Casale La Vetrica owns all the requirements of a Tuscan farmhouse; totally stone built, refined with raftered ceilings and hand-made terracotta floors, provided with “arte povera” (simple art) ancient furniture. The owners conceived the property as a holiday house therefore it is equipped with all necessary comforts to satisfy even the most demanding customers.

PARK: on a domain of approximately 1 ha, you’ll find the swimming pool area, where you can enjoy unforgettable relaxing moments, rocked by the wind and enjoy the marvelous view on the skyline of San Casciano dei Bagni.

SWIMMING POOL: open from April 28th until October 6th. The irregular shaped swimming pool is equipped with jacuzzi, a gazebo and furnishings, measures 6 x 12 m and is 1,40 m depth.

INTERIORS: on the ground floor, a large hall with fireplace and satellite Tv, a dining room, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower fitted to take in disabled persons, a reading room which has a splendid view of the outside, a sitting/dining room with a table for 12 people and a modern well equipped kitchen. First floor: the beautiful wrought iron staircase with terracotta steps leads you to the gallery with a skylight area. This area has access to the five bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms which are made up as follows: suite with a canopy bed and a bathroom with shower and jacuzzi, double bedroom and bathroom with shower, double bedroom which has direct access to the outside staircase and bathroom with shower, double bedroom and bathroom with shower, twin bedroom with queen size beds and bathroom with bath.

SERVICES INCLUDED: electricity, water, gas for kitchen use, weekly linen, daily cleaning from 09:00 to 12:00 am in high season and twice a week (on Tuesday and Thursday) in low and medium season excluded Sundays and Public Holidays, park and swimming pool maintenance.

SERVICES UPON REQUEST (supplied and payable locally to the owner): extra cleaning (€ 15,00/hour) extra linen (€ 10,00/person), heating (on consumption up to date market prices), firewood (€ 15,00/100 Kg)
